Wilma F. Potuzak

Wilma F. Potuzak, daughter of Frank Vculek and Lillian M. Fox Vculek was born September 6, 1933 at rural, Thompson, Nebraska and passed away on November 2, 2011 at Mt. Joseph Senior Village, Concordia, Kansas at the age of 78 years, 1 month and 26 days. She graduated from Fairbury High School. She was united in marriage to Edward B. Potuzak on March 30, 1956 and to this union one son was born, Lavern F. Potuzak. She was a homemaker and farmer. She is a member of the Republic County Czech Club, Western Fraternal Life Association Lodge # 246, Alton, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lillian Vculek, husband, Edward B. Potuzak, two brothers, Joseph and Frank, one sister Martha. She is survived by one son, Lavern F. Potuzak and Brenda Coyle of Agenda, Kansas, two grandchildren, Molly Potuzak and Alex Potuzak, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held Ten Thirty AM, Saturday, Nov 5, 2011, Bachelor-Surber Memorial Chapel, Belleville, Ks, conducted by, Pastor Norma Thompson.
