Obituary of Randy S. Hitchcock

     Randy Scott Hitchcock, son of Wesley H. Hitchcock and Daloris A. (Svanda) Hitchcock was born June 7, 1968 at Belleville, Kansas and passed away on November 16, 2024 at Belleville, Kansas at the age of 56.

     Randy received his education in the Belleville Public Schools.  He loved to fish and hunt.  He worked as a welder for Reinke MFC of Belleville, KS and Great Plains MFC of Ellsworth, KS.

     He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Lesley R. Hitchcock, one nephew, Aaron Begnoche

     He is survived by his parents, Wesley and Daloris Hitchcock of Belleville, KS, two daughters, Katie Ann of Blue Rapids, KS and Brittany of Waterville, KS, one son, Chasey of Salina, KS, one sister, Cindy (Tim) Erickson of Chester, NE, niece, Kaley (Matthew) Nelson of Belleville, KS, significant other, Bonnie White and family of Belleville, KS, former wife, Jennifer Brungardt of Waterville, KS, other relatives and many friends.

     The family will be conducting Celebration of Life Services to be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Rocky Pond Masonic Shelter House with Shaun Herring, officiating.

     Friends may gather prior to the services at the Masonic Shelter House at Rocky Pond.    Inurnment and burial will be held at a later date.

     A reception and fellowship will follow the services at the Commercial Building at the Fairgrounds, Belleville, Kansas.

     Bachelor-Surber Funeral Home, Belleville, KS is assisting the family with the arrangements.
