Jo Ann Hoffman, 84, of rural Haddam, KS passed away on November 2, 2017 at her home. Cremation was selected and family memorial graveside services will be held at a later date. No visitation is planned at the funeral home. Bachelor-Surber Funeral Home, Belleville, KS assisted the family with the arrangements. The family may be contacted for details of service time and place.
