Obituary of Erwin D. Havel:

    Erwin D. Havel, son of Leon E. Havel and Olive E. (Beneda) Havel was born

October 6, 1947 at Belleville, KS and passed away on February 4, 2020 at his home in Hutchinson, KS at the age of 72.

     Erwin graduated from Cuba High School, Cuba, KS and Beloit Technical College, Beloit, KS.    He was united in marriage to Carol S. Kolman on August 21, 1966 and to this union three daughters were born, Shari, Kristy, Cathy.  

     Erwin served with the United States Air Force.

     He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

     He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Olive Havel, granddaughter, Jessica Wagner, one brother, Marlin Havel. 

     He is survived by his wife, Carol S. Havel of Hutchinson, KS, three daughters, Shari (Scott) Barnhart of Hutchinson, KS, Kristy (DeWayne) Wagner-Cagle of Grand Forks, ND, Cathy Havel of Hutchinson, KS, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

     Cremation was chosen.

     There will be no services or visitation.

     Private family Inurnment will be held at a later date.

     Memorials may be given to Erwin D. Havel memorial fund.
